The Challenge

Design a platform capable of addressing a sensitive topic such as home care while ensuring simplicity, transparency and usability.
The interface needed to feel reassuring and accessible without compromising on efficiency.

Digital Identity System and Website Journey

The digital identity was built by combining warm tones, evoking family, human connection and vitality, with soft lilac and violet hues associated with calmness and reassurance.
This balance was supported by a clear typographic hierarchy and an accessible tone of voice, ensuring clarity and readability across all devices.

The website was designed with a clean architecture, intuitive navigation and strong call-to-action hierarchy.
The goal was to reduce friction and make the core actions immediately accessible from the homepage.
